I am in the process of building a portfolio, so I am offering discounted rates for all packages and a la carte items. An initial consultation is provided for free, and packages start at $300. A detailed package description and price list is available upon request. I only book a maximum of two weddings a month and never two weeks in a row, so that I can be focused only on you the week of your wedding.
Gold Package - Week Of Coordination
This package is designed for the couple who has planned the wedding and wishes to have someone orchestrate the events, so you can relax. This packages includes, but is not limited to:
- Unlimited discussions via email, phone, or in person
- Vendor confirmation
- Wedding day schedule creation and distribution
- Coordination of the rehearsal (if not run by officiant)
- Coordination of the ceremony
- Coordination of the reception
- Up to 12 hours total of coordination on the day of your wedding
- Emergency kit
Platinum Package - Partial Planning
This package is designed for the couple who wants to plan the wedding, but wishes to have someone assist in key areas and orchestrate the events. This packages includes, but is not limited to:
- Unlimited discussions via email, phone, or in person
- Vendor selection assistance and confirmation
- Budget planning
- Seating plan assistance
- Wedding day schedule creation and distribution
- Coordination of the rehearsal (if not run by officiant)
- Coordination of the ceremony
- Coordination of the reception
- Up to 12 hours total of coordination on the day of your wedding

Diamond Package - Full Planning
This package is designed for the couple who would rather someone else take charge of the entire planning process. This packages includes, but is not limited to:
- Unlimited discussions via email, phone, or in person
- Vendor selection assistance and confirmation
- Budget planning
- Seating plan assistance
- Confirm RSVPs
- Assist with reserving rooms for out-of-town guests
- Assist with preparing baskets for out-of-town guests and placing them in rooms
- Assist with bridesmaid luncheon or day-after brunch
- Assist with securing hotel room for the wedding night
- Wedding day schedule creation and distribution
- Coordination of the rehearsal (if not run by officiant)
